Shipping
We ship everything out within 3 business days from order date. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or FPO Boxes. We use a variety of shipping carriers and some do not allow delivery to PO Boxes. To prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to PO Boxes.
Returns
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Kaydom LLC will accept qualified and conforming returns for the period of 30 (thirty) days. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must meet ALL criteria below. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it may be rejected by our Returns Department and returned to you. Refunds are issued only after the return is received in full as authorized, inspected, and fully processed. This is usually 2 or 3 business days after the return is received.
Products must be unopened (including plastic packaging), unused, and in original described condition. Product must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to opened/ripped/cut original packaging, dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be assessed on all returns.
Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by Kaydom LLC.
Kaydom LLC, shall not be held liable for packages lost in transit.
